Diane Madrid

Diane Madrid is a compassionate and person-centered therapist who works with individuals and
couples seeking meaningful change in their lives. She understands that many people come to
therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Diane believes that
each person already holds the potential for healing and growth—they may just need a safe,
supportive space to explore what that change looks like for them. She considers it an honor to
walk alongside her clients as they clarify their goals, build new tools, and move toward the life
they want to live.

Her approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in evidence-based practices such as
solution-focused therapy. Diane is passionate about helping clients gain insight into themselves
and their relationships, recognize patterns that no longer serve them, and develop the skills to
support meaningful change, deeper connection, and greater confidence in life and relationships.
She tailors her work to meet each person’s unique needs and values creating a therapeutic
space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Diane supports clients navigating a wide range of personal and relational challenges. These
include life transitions, grief and loss, caregiving responsibilities, and peri/postpartum
experiences. She also works with those managing anxiety, depression, OCD, emotional
regulation, and stress. Diane has extensive experience supporting healthy
relationships—helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen communication, navigate
conflict, set boundaries, and grow in connection. She provides parenting support and works with children and teens (ages 6 and up) facing emotional, relational, academic, and developmental challenges.

In addition to her clinical work, Diane has a heart for serving pastors, ministry staff, and leaders
who face the unique pressures of caregiving and leadership roles. She offers support for issues
like burnout, compassion fatigue, role-related stress, boundary setting, and navigating
transitions in calling or leadership. Diane is committed to walking with each client toward
healing, clarity, and wholeness in the ways that matter most to them.
