Insurance & Fees

Insurance: Please contact your insurance company prior to contacting us. Inquire about your deductible, copay, and coinsurance (this is the percentage of costs you will pay after your deductible has been met). Ask whether you need a referral or preauthorization.

We are in-network with many insurance companies, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna Healthchoice, SoonerCare, Tricare, and United.  We do not take United through Medicare at this time.  If we are not in your network, we can create a superbill for you to submit to your insurance. You will be expected to pay the full cost at the time of service, and your insurance will apply the amount paid towards your dedictuble or reimbuse you.

Private Pay Fees: You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate for services provided by Grace River Christian Counseling.

If you choose to private pay and NOT use insurance, you cannot submit those bills to insurance.

Scholarships are available upon request. Fee reductions are given based on need and availability of ministry money. Contact the office to request a scholarship application at office@grace-river.org.
